I would like to draw your attention to the latest we have been informed repeatedly that the situation of Iranian political /conscience prisoners in ward 209 in Evin prison (which is under observation of Intelligence Ministry) has been deteriorated and are sustaining a brutal psychological and physical tortures namely:
Dr. Saeed MASURI
Keyvan RAFEEI (human rights activist)
Ayatollah BORUJERDI and numerous of his sympathizers
Mr. Fuladvand sympathizers
Heidar NOURI (folks Mojahedin sympathizer) has been transferred from Gohardasht prison to Semnan prison very brutally tortured and burned.

-Ali AFRAVI 20 years old the son of Dr. Afravi and Mehdi Navaseri 18 years old have been already executed.
The very harsh situation of political prisoners which caused by executioners, such as Hadj Saeed SHEIKHAN, Abbas SOTUDEH, saeed(Mehrdad) ALIKHANI, Mozaffar TEHRANI who is torturer of Zahra KAZEMI the late Canadian-Iranian journalist who was raped and tortured to death in Evin prison, have resulted the imprisoned students and human tights activist to stage hunger strike.

Excellencies
The political prisoners of Rajai Shahr karaj regarding a very horrendous and inhumane condition of detain 209 in Evin have written a letter and pleading for help, demanding all human rights watchers to an immediate measures to be taken in favor of the mentioned political prisoners against the blatant violation of these prisoners rights. They are requesting the same time that the UN Human Rights Council to build an investigating body to departure to Iran in order to investigate this situation and simultaneously demanding to transfer those political prisoners from ward 209 to 350 in notorious Evin jail. The letter has been sighed by:

Please be informed, 60 agents mostly criminal prisoners steering by Mr. MOGHNIAN and Mr. Barat RAHCHAMANI attacked Mr. Afshin BAYMANI by beating and foul language, they were armed by dagger, stick and glass. Later attacked Mr. Behruz JAVID TEHRANI, Mr. Heshmat SARAN, Mr. Jafar EGHDAMI and Mr. Mehrdad LOHRASBI, Who is badly sick.
Mr. Alireza KARAMI-KHEIRABADI who is very ill by sustaining torture.
Mr. Behrouz JAVID TEHRANI is injured so that his 2 upper teeth are broken and other 5 are destabilized. His upper lip got 12 stitches after hours delay and a lot bleeding.
We condemn vigorously this brutality and demanding very respectfully to rescue the life of Mr. Mehrdad LOHRASBI who is since 1999 student’s movement uprising, in jail and is in very crucial health condition. Mr. Alireza KARAMI-KHEIRABADI who is 8 years imprisoned on charge of accusation of espionage in favor of Iraq and his brother and his son have been assassinated by mullah’s regime, needs prompt psychological treatment. The life of our political prisoners across the country is jeopardized and the Middle-Ages, terrorist and fanatic Mullah regime has planned to get rids of all political prisoners by conspiracies.

Their alarming letter has been sent out of prison on October 23. 06.

We appreciate your prompt action in the name of democracy, freedom and social justice to be taken to impose the Iranian authorities to free all political prisoners and the same time to stop death penalty and stoning; a horrendous barbaric action which is in contrary to Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
